The Advanced Placement Program: students take part in a college-level academic experience that will challenge and inspire them, and prepare them for college and beyond providing them with College and Career Readiness (CCR) as specified in the Common Core Standards.
AP International Diploma (APID); allows students to demonstrate exceptional achievement on AP exams across several disciplines and offers students an international outlook. This diploma provides colleges and universities with an indication that the student has challenged him- or herself in not just one or two courses, but in at least five different courses across subject areas, and that the student has succeeded in a global perspective course.
Experiential Learning: students partake in extended educational field trips in which they apply the content and skills learned in the classroom in a real-life setting.
