In September, Discovery School proudly celebrated Honduras' Flag Day and Independence, honoring the spirit and heritage of the country. The month began with a memorable Flag Day on September 1st, where the Cadetes from the National Military joined us for a patriotic ceremony, instilling pride and respect for our national symbol. On Independence Day, September 15th, students immersed themselves in traditional Honduran festivities. They enjoyed classic games like jump rope, musical chairs, lemon-on-the-spoon races, sack races, and rolling the tire, among others. It was a month filled with joy, tradition, and a deep sense of national pride, creating lasting memories for all.
